The programme is organised at Lycée Valin where students have French classes in the morning and sports activities in the afternoon. Inlingua Junior courses are held on the Ile de Ré. accommodation is with families. Breakfast and dinner are with the host family, who also provide a packed lunch. Lessons take place in the morning between 9 and 12 or in the afternoon between 2 and 5.

You can choose to do catamaran, windsurfing, surfing or tennis.

The option allows you to discover the sports available in La Rochelle. You can participate in a number of varied activities, both nautical and on land. This programme include a cruise!

Our Future Leaders programme in Oxford has been so popular that we are now bringing it to Shanghai in China. Taking the Entrepreneurship and Leadership stream, it also offers an insight into Chinese culture and history, as well as the chance to interact with local Chinese students.

The course focusses on developing key skills that are sought after by leading universities and professional organisations. Students can utilise these skills whilst also expanding their cultural horizons in China.

Aims of the programme

International House London is proud to be running our Future Leaders programme at our Young Learner Centre in Oxford for the second year in 2017. The programme is aimed at 14 - 17 year old students who are interested in exploring different career and academic options and also take advantage of the beautiful city of Oxford, famed for its academic heritage, students will stay at St Edward’s School in Oxford, alongside students from our other Young Learner programmes and therefore have an opportunity to mix with other students from all over the world.

Our English Active Young Learners course offers a mix of engaging and stimulating English lessons in the morning and the chance for students to develop their skills in a wide range of activities, all coached by professionals in their field in the afternoon.
